This workshop aims to support the care workforce to engage across communication channels more effectively. The key topics of this workshop are understanding digital communication, using email with efficiency, participating with video calls, and navigating the internet for work requirements. A note that this workshop is funded by CHSP Sector Support Development & Training, and organisations will incur a recovery fee if people register but do not attend.
