Good Governance Series

Bolstering organisations to drive vision and purpose
while overseeing performance and compliance

These eLearning modules focus on preparing and supporting Board or Committee members to exercise their powers and discharge their duties with care and diligence, through accountability, transparency and fairness – equipping them to shape strategy, provide confidence, structure decisions, establish practices and manage change.

The modules present and examine:

• good governance roles and responsibilities,
• primary governance functions of performance and compliance,
• setting strategy and tracking progress and achievements,
• meeting obligations like fiduciary duty, financial performance, conflicts of interest, fraud, and risk management.

Emphasising adaption in strategic leadership in complex,
challenging and rapidly changing environments

These eLearning modules focus on creating the circumstances for good leadership and problem solving in a sector that continually responds to complex and challenging ever changing situations in Western Sydney – in our organisation and sector, in service delivery, in public and funding policy, and in the world around us.

The modules present and examine:
