NSW CACF Submission New Aged Care Act

On 14 December 2023, the Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) released an exposure draft of the Bill for the new Age-Care Act for public consultation. Since then, the Department has accepted submissions and survey responses as a part of the public consultation process.

We value, respect and acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay respect to the Elders past, present and future. We recognise and pay respect to all First Nations peoples, their cultures and their heritage.
