Resource Guide: Inclusive Use of Digital and Non-Digital Communications

Council on the Ageing (COTA) Victoria have developed a practical and consumer-centred resource designed to assist CHSP providers in supporting older people who are not well-connected or engaged in the digital realm, or who experience challenges in communicating digitally. Although not comprehensive, this resource provides information across all areas of CHSP programs and activities to be used by leaders and staff working in design, operations and delivery of services, as well as those who have direct contact with clients and the general public. Feedback is also sought to improve the resource.

WSCF Community Care News Digest Feedback Survey

WSCF is continuing our survey on the Community Care News Digest. The News Digest is primarily focused on disseminating information about aged care and older people. It also shares information that is useful to people working with people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, LGBTIQA+ communities, and other areas that may intersect with aged care and the older population. We would love to know how you use the News Digest, whether the information distributed has been valuable for your work, and if there is anything else you would like to see added into the Digest. The survey will remain open for ongoing feedback.
