Western Sydney Community Forum Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using wscf.org.au, hereafter referred to as “the Site,” which is owned and operated by Western Sydney Community Forum Inc, hereafter referred to as “WSCF”. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The site and all its original content have been approved for use on the site. All resources on the site are fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. All content are the property of their respective copyright owners.

Termination

WSCF reserves the right to terminate your access to some or all of the Site, without advance notice.

Links to Other Websites

The Site contains a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by WSCF.
WSCF has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

Membership

All memberships for WSCF expire at 11:59pm on the 30th of June each year. Any payments for renewal of membership are expected to be finalised before this date. Members are given a 31 day grace period to finalise membership payments after the expiration date in which they will still have access to member exclusive content on the Site. After this period, access to member exclusive content on the Site will be removed from user who have not renewed their memberships with WSCF.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, WSCF will attempt to contact the buyer to resolve the payment process. If, after this process no payment has been received by WSCF, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any pending memberships or event tickets.

Refund Policy

All refunds are conducted on a case by case basis.

Users wishing to request a refund are advised to contact WSCF directly either at [email protected] or on 9687 9669.

Complaints

Any complaints about content on the Site may be sent to the web administrator at [email protected].  Each case will be looked at individually, however, WSCF makes no guarantee of a resolution.

Changes to This Agreement

WSCF reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Site immediately.
