My Rights, Mindfulness and Self-Care Workshop

City of Canterbury Bankstown and Multicultural Disability Advocacy Association have developed this workshop for people with disability, families and carers to learn about legals rights in the workplace, your rights as an NDIS participant, stress management, mindfulness meditation, and to meet with other like-minded people.
Fairfield City Council Seniors Expo

Fairfield City Council is hosting a Seniors Expo as part of the NSW Seniors Festival. Activities on the day include wellbeing classes, presentations, information stalls, food, and entertainment. A free sausage sizzle will also be available for the first 500 people through the door.
